Privacy
This page describes what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. It is written to be read rather than to be defensible.
What we collect
- What you tell us. Your name, email address, phone number, and details of the vessel, aircraft or vehicle you would like us to look after.
- Where the work happens. The marina, hangar or address where your asset is kept, so our crew can get to it.
- Records of the work. Photographs and video taken before, during and after a job, along with the quote, invoice and any messages exchanged.
- Technical necessities. A session cookie that keeps you signed in, and server logs recording that a request happened.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information, we do not share it with advertisers, and we run no advertising or analytics trackers on this site. The only cookie we set is the one that keeps you signed in.
Photographs and video
Media of your property is private by default. It is visible to you and to the crew assigned to your job, and to nobody else.
We will ask separately before using anything publicly, and you can withdraw that permission at any time — the item is then removed from our website and social channels. Location metadata is stripped from anything that becomes public, so a photograph of your vessel never discloses its berth.
Payments
Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers. We keep a record of what was charged and when, not of the card itself.
How long we keep things
Service records, quotes and invoices are retained for seven years, which is what tax and insurance obligations require. Media is kept for the life of your account unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of everything we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Where we are legally required to retain financial records, we anonymise them rather than keep your name attached.
